As we transition to a new decade, the evolution of the workplace has put employee relations in the spotlight. How employees and employers value one another is a key indicator of business success. A strong relationship delivers better returns.
This meeting will get us back to basics...what we did before to rectify employee concerns is outdated- some may call offensive or insulting!
We look for a fresh, empathic approach to show our employees we DO care, and what is the best for both employer and employee!
This meeting is hybrid: in-person at the Choctaw Nation Headquarters in Big Room 1 in the Conference Center. (Check in at the reception desk in the main lobby) and via WebEx.
